19th Sep 2011 Gathering at 7pm, with torches, we set off. Trying not to stop at the chip shop, we walked cross-country towards Plumberow Mount, but then turned left over two fields. In the woods it darkened so torches were switched on. Eventually, finding our way back to the church, we were pleased to find warm drinks & biscuits awaiting us (thanks Fred).

17th Sep 2011 We left Hockley at 7am to get to Milton Keynes for "A Day With Dave".  The roads were clear so time to stop for a coffee. Dave Murrow, author of "Why Men Hate Church" presented his new book "The Map". Both books explore why, so often, us men feel uncomfortable in church. You MUST read these books.  Plenty of time for discussion and questions, plenty of food and drink, then time to go home.  Driving home, we spotted the concrete cows; we knew we had been in Milton Keynes.
