We braved the weather on Wednesday 8th February and enjoyed crafts based on the story of the prodigal son. We delved into Jelly Pigswill representing the poor, friendless days the prodigal son spent away from home. We had party hats and cakes to decorate representing the big party the father organised to welcome his son home again. The prodigal son story in the Bible tells us God our Father values and loves each one of us.
